Depending on your request and timing here's an outline of what we can or can't do and your best solution:
- Fast bulk delivery within the USA is always more advisable through our Amazon listing. Take advantage of Prime business pricing and be confident with secure payment and fast delivery.
- Should you wish to order more than the setting allows on Amazon, (generally a max of 20), drop us a quick email here and we can increase the qty setting for you when you are ready to purchase. (This is a security measure to protect the brand from hijacker re-sellers)
- Should you require a larger order of 50+ with no upper limit then contact us directly to discuss. Large qtys mostly require a longer advance lead in time. These would be fulfilled direct and delivery requirements can be met subject to timing and an agreed quotation.
- Custom Orders: Want to add your logo for a corporate gift for clients or employees and staff? Add a greeting card? Generally we can accomodate most requests but be aware these take longer to arrange and by quotation. Simply drop is a line to discuss.
- Seasonality: We try to accommodate all requests at any time of the year but mostly every request is unique. Hence more advance notice allows us to meet your needs. As an example our cut off date for custom changes or add-ons for Xmas or Thanksgiving is June 30th. From quotes to manufacturing and shipping, these require more time.
- Terms: All custom orders are subject to a 50% deposit and balance payment required prior to factory release. Payment by wire or secure online payment processing. Credit Card payments incur an extra fee.
